Order Processing
All Paws Peace products are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to create and prepare your item before it is dispatched.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are located, we will do our best to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not ship to Russia.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using FedEx and DHL, depending on your location and the shipping option available at checkout. Both carriers provide reliable international delivery and full parcel tracking.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are typically 3 to 5 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs processing, and carrier schedules. International shipments may occasionally take longer, particularly for destinations outside Europe.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Paws Peace is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey from our studio to your door.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Paws Peace has no control over these charges and is unable to predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable import charges in your country.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, it is in their care.
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pawspeace.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and where relevant, photographs of any damage.
We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. While we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on the carrier's own investigation process, we will do everything we can to help make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Paws Peace is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you realise you have made an error, contact us immediately at hello@pawspeace.com. We will do our best to make a correction if the order has not yet been dispatched.
