Our standard urn is designed to hold ashes from most cats, including larger breeds up to 22 lbs/ 10 kg. Since the average cat weighs 7.9 - 9.9 lbs / 3.6–4.5 kg, this size accommodates even big cats comfortably. If your cat’s ashes don’t fit, we’ll gladly create a custom, larger urn for you at no extra hassle.

Our new dog urn collection is almost ready! We’re fine-tuning sizes for larger breeds and unique designs to ensure every pup gets a perfect memorial. Each memorial is handcrafted with care, typically taking 2–3 weeks (longer for complex designs). After finalizing your design, we’ll provide a precise timeline. We know waiting isn’t easy, but we pour every effort into creating a memorial worthy of your love.

Once your order is placed, we process and ship it from our warehouse within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way. Shipping times vary by location, and you’ll see the estimated delivery date at checkout.
