Hi, we’re Emils and Kristians from Paws Peace. If you’re here, chances are you know what it’s like to lose a pet who made your world brighter and your heart bigger. We’ve been there, too. The paw prints on the floor, the favorite toy in the corner, the quiet that settles in when they're gone - that ache is all too real.

But something happened when we set out to honor our own pets:
We discovered most pet urns for ashes were, well... just containers. Gray, cold, and impersonal. They looked like vases that had lost their flowers. We couldn’t help but think - “There has to be a better place for our pet’s ashes than a shoebox - after all, that’s meant for shoes, right?”

Why We Create Designful, Beautiful Urns

Our journey started with love, loss, and one big question: What if urns celebrated our pets as much as we did? Why settle for a bland jar or box, when our pets were anything but ordinary? Kristians grew up with a mischievous tabby who ruled the house. Emils had rescue dogs with enough personality for ten lifetimes. When we lost them, we wanted memorials that told their story, not just stored their ashes.

So, we began sketching. We stayed up late swapping stories and doodling designs, asking: What makes a pet urn special? The answer kept coming back to this: personality. Celebration. Color. Story.

We remember the first urn we ever created for a friend’s border collie. The design featured a bright blue frisbee - the very toy that made her dog’s eyes light up at the park.
